Terms & Conditions

  • Credits are required for access to selected Playground facilities, services, and bookings, and will be deducted based on usage.
  • Credits cannot be transferred once assigned to an individual account.
  • Credits may only be shared between users at the time of recharge if requested and confirmed during purchase.
  • Credits do not expire and remain valid unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion or package.
  • All credit purchases are final and non-refundable, except at Playground’s discretion or where required by law.
  • Playground reserves the right to change pricing, credit packages, and usage rates at any time without prior notice. Any pricing changes will not affect credits already purchased.
  • Users are responsible for their account and any usage of credits under their account.
  • Playground is not liable for any loss of credits due to unauthorized use or user negligence. All users must follow Playground rules and staff instructions while using the facility.
  • Playground reserves the right to suspend or terminate access without refund for misuse of credits or inappropriate behaviour.
  • Playground is not responsible for temporary service interruptions due to maintenance, technical issues, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Playground reserves the right to amend these terms at any time, with continued use of credits indicating acceptance of the latest terms.
