Member-managed Venue

Open 24 hours / 7 days a week / 365 days a year.

This facility is member-managed. Simply walk-in and Pay & Play – it’s that simple. You can pay via QR code or put cash into the payment box.

Don’t forget to:

  • Respect the space.
  • Turn off what you turn on.
  • Clean up after yourself.
  • Return the balls to the racks.
  • Pay for what you use.
  • Help us keep basketball affordable for everyone.

For the safety of our community, Playground is monitored by active CCTV recording at all times.


How to get in?

  1. Gates should be open. However if the gates are closed you can enter via the side door located on the right-hand side of the main gate.
    • If you are bringing a car or motorbike onto the property, please enter through the side door first to open the main gate for your vehicle.

How do I turn on lights at night?

  1. Upon entering the gym, the light switches are located on the left-hand side near the entrance door.
    • Please only use the lights required and switch them off before leaving.
    • Do not use the lights during daylight hours.
  2. When leaving the venue, please ensure:
    • All lights are switched off;
    • All doors and gates are properly closed and secured.

How do I use the fans?

Portable fans are located throughout the venue for your use. Please switch them off before leaving.


How do I buy a drink?

  1. Cold drinks are inside the drinks fridge.
  2. Prices are on the top of the door along with a QR code for payment.
  3. Alternatively you can pay cash in the payment box located next to the fridge.

Where do I find basic first aid?

  • A basic first aid kit is located underneath the cash box and is available for minor cuts, scrapes, and injuries.
  • Please use the supplies responsibly and only take what you need so that they remain available for others.
  • If you notice that any items are running low or need replenishing, please let us know via Telegram @playgroundkh so we can restock them promptly.

If an injury is serious or requires urgent medical attention, seek professional medical assistance immediately. Your safety is our priority.


What if there is a fire?

Your safety is the top priority.

  • In the event of a fire, remain calm and evacuate the venue immediately if it is safe to do so.
  • A fire extinguisher is located next to the drinks fridge and may be used on small, manageable fires by those who are confident and able to do so safely.
  • Once clear of the building, contact emergency services and notify Playground management via Telegram @playgroundkh as soon as possible.

Do not put yourself at risk. If in doubt, evacuate first and leave the firefighting to trained personnel. Safety always comes before property.


Where are the bins?

We appreciate everyone doing their part to keep Playground clean and welcoming for the community.

  • Plastic bottles can be placed in the recycling bin located next to the drinks fridge.
  • All other rubbish should be placed in the large wheelie bin located near the main entrance.

Please take a moment to clean up after yourself before leaving. A clean venue creates a better experience for everyone and helps us keep Playground operating at its best. Thank you for your support.
