How to Book a Court

Terms & Conditions
- All court bookings must be made in advance via the approved Playground booking system or with staff.
- Full payment must be made at the time of booking to secure the court. Bookings are only confirmed once payment or credit deduction has been successfully completed.
- Court time starts and ends as per the booking schedule; late arrivals do not extend booking time.
- Players must vacate the court on time to avoid impacting subsequent bookings.
- Rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours prior to the booking time. One rescheduling option is permitted per booking.
- Cancellations with at least 48 hours prior to the booking time are eligible for a 50% refund.
- No refunds or credits will be issued for cancellations with 48 hours or no-shows.
- Bookings are non-transferable to other individuals unless approved by Playground staff.
- Users are responsible for ensuring the correct number of participants and booking duration.
- Any misuse of booking may result in cancellation without refund.
- All players must follow Playground rules, safety guidelines, and staff instructions at all times.
- Playground reserves the right to refuse or cancel bookings due to safety concerns, maintenance, or operational requirements.
- Playground is not responsible for any injuries, loss, or damage to personal belongings during court usage.
- Any damages caused to the court or equipment during the booking period may be charged to the booking holder.
- Playground reserves the right to amend these terms at any time, with continued use indicating acceptance of the latest terms.
